Industrialization has commercialized female beauty. The fashion, cosmetics, and advertising industries are promoting an impossible standard of beauty. These agencies spread the wrong concepts that beauty is not something that comes naturally to women. It requires endless effort as well as the purchase of various products designed to change or hide women's problem areas.

The modern beauty industry, through television, movies, and other media, reinforces to consume skin food, injection of paraffin-wax, facial surgery, mud bath, painting the appearance, and so on. Ugliness is regarded as one of the symptoms of diseases. Women are encouraged to beautify their face, bosom, nape, thigh, calf, ankle, hair, lips, etc. emotionally to lure the males. Almost nude pictures of slim, tall women with a full head of hair are used to advertise the goods and services by the industrialists and entrepreneurs. These beauty companies are worth billions by selling such beauty products.

All these ways of artificial beauty are very expensive, The women who apply these measures to beautify themselves cannot do hard physical works. Therefore, only a few affluent women can purchase and use them. The poor working-class women cannot meet them. The main reason for promoting an unrealistic standard of beauty is to earn a bumper profit. The cunning patriarchal network wants to use women as an object of entertainment. Therefore, imposing gender discrimination using females as a commodity is a hidden reason for it. The big celebrities are responsible too for promoting these beauty products which increase racism and it is directly affecting the youths. It is mostly popular in Asian countries where females are judged by their external beauties. Each year people spend almost more than 10 billion USD on makeup and skincare.

Conclusion

The impossible, unrealistic, and artificial standards of beauty creates a gap between rich and poor. The women who afford these standards of beauty may feel superiority complex and others may suffer from inferiority complex. It spreads false rumors in society. Talent, skill, performances are to be dominated. Females are being judged not in terms of intellect and moral uprightness but in terms of the colour of the skin and application of cosmetics, dress up, hairstyles, etc. It makes human society artificial and hypocritical. Let's stop demonizing beauty and start judging women with their skills, talent, performance, and creativity.
