- Affirmations: Use gratitude affirmations frequently. Start your morning being thankful to wake up healthy again where many people leave the world. While going to bed be grateful to live another day. Chant the affirmations several times in the morning and evening.
- Be kind to everyone: Never spread hate towards others. Even be kind to animals. Never hurt others by any means physically or mentally. Respect everyone and focus on good things of people rather than finding their mistakes. I appreciate the work of other people. You can just give a natural smile to them.
