Well, there are different causes of depression. It varies from a person to person. Below are some of the most common causes of depression worldwide:

  • Death or a huge loss: The death of the closest people to a person or a huge loss that cannot be repairable leads to anxiety and depression.
  • Abuse: Those people who are abused physically, sexually, and mentally very often also makes people suffer from depression and anxiety.
  • Comparison: This is one of the major causes of depression that happens to teenagers. The comparison of the average kid to talent or genius teen also makes teens feel worthless. The comparison of results by the parents or relatives with other teens leads to anxiety.
  • Unemployment and Poverty: The major cause of depression in the poor countries is due to unemployment and poverty. It is hard for the poor to sustain their living. They feel they are worthless and start to feel lonelier.
  • Ignorance by peers: When close friends or pals start to ignore the person starts to feel lonelier, and useless leading to depression.
  • Breakup and social bullying: Suddenly breaking up with the loved ones creates anxiety, and develops the feeling of sadness. Another most common problem is social bullying, the teen starts to get fed up of their life due to regular bullying of their seniors, or friends.

  • A person starts to be anti-social and stop interacting with people slowly.
  • One also laughs very much and tries to make others laugh but deep down he/she is having depression
  • A person also starts to seem lazy and seems disturbed.
  • The anger of a person suffering from depression also starts to increase.
  • Insomnia, fatigue, and suicidal thoughts are also symptoms of depression.

The measures can be applied in order to Cure depression and anxiety.
  • Doing meditation frequently helps to control negative thoughts in mind and helps to develop positive thoughts.
  • Spend more times in nature and talked to your loved ones perhaps family or friends.
  • If you have extreme depression take advice from a psychiatrist, consult him/her about your problem.
  • Watch positive movies and listen to your favorite songs.
  • Avoid social media for some weeks and try to spend time outside in nature with fresh air.
  • Be grateful for what you have. Remember that you are very lucky to be fit and fight. Be thankful to God for everything you got.
  •   Stop the consumption of alcohol, smoking, etc.
  • Let got things and feel relaxed by taking a long breathe and exhale it.
Remember that there is sunshine only after darkness.
